FaIS welcomed a delegation from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to discuss the details of a project aimed at developing waqf enterprises and Islamic finance in the country on June 24, 2024
On June 24, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Roflee Waehama, Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, along with Professor Dr. Zakariya Hama, Director of the Center for Islamic Economic and Finance at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, and faculty members, welcomed a delegation from the Islamic Development Bank Institute (IDB) under the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The purpose of the visit was to discuss the details of a project aimed at developing waqf enterprises and Islamic finance in the country. Additionally, the delegation from the Islamic Development Bank paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Pattani Province and held discussions with relevant agencies, including the Pattani Provincial Committee, mosque committees, and Islamic financial institutions.
