Bachelor of Education Program in Teaching Islamic Studies Participates in AUN-QA Standard Evaluation to Elevate Educational Quality to International Standards
From January 13–15, 2024, the Bachelor of Education in Islamic Studies program, offered by the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, underwent an evaluation in accordance with the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) standards. This assessment represents a significant milestone in the program's ongoing efforts to meet international quality benchmarks.
The evaluation process was facilitated through the active collaboration of university administrators, faculty members, support staff, alumni, current students, graduate employers, and various stakeholders. This unified effort underscores the Faculty's dedication to advancing educational quality and teaching excellence, paving the way for the program’s recognition on a global scale.
The Faculty of Islamic Sciences expresses its sincere appreciation to the AUN-QA assessment team for their insightful feedback and constructive recommendations. These inputs will play a pivotal role in guiding the program’s continuous improvement. The Faculty also extends its gratitude to the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) Team, university leadership, and all contributors who ensured the success of the evaluation process.
Looking ahead, the Faculty is committed to strengthening collaboration with ASEAN university networks, fostering the development of students’ capabilities, and promoting other programs within the Faculty to undertake similar international quality assurance evaluations.
