The Faculty of Islamic Sciences welcomes the delegation from UIN SYAHADA, Republic of Indonesia, on their visit to discuss academic collaboration.
The Faculty of Islamic Sciences recently hosted a delegation from the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences at Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary State Islamic University (UIN SYAHADA) in Indonesia. The visit aimed to explore opportunities for academic collaboration and knowledge exchange in teaching and learning.
During the visit, the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences extended an invitation to UIN SYAHADA to participate in the upcoming 13th International Conference on Islam in the Malay World 2024 (ICON-IMAD), scheduled for July 29-31, 2024. Additionally, lecturers and students from UIN SYAHADA were offered the chance to present their research on Islamic studies at the conference hosted by the Faculty of Islamic Sciences.
The delegation also had the opportunity to tour the university campus, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the facilities and learning environment. This firsthand experience likely provided valuable insights and potentially laid the groundwork for future collaborations between the two institutions.
